Buyer

The buyer commits to these terms when making a purchase in the online store of Patternsfrom Agency.

Ordering

General terms

  • The prices in the Finnish pages do include and in the English pages do not include the VAT. For being able to sell the services without the VAT, the buyer must be located outside of Finland, identify itself as a company with a VAT number or equivalent, and state an address of the company. If no such information is provided upon making the order, the seller has the right to cancel the order. In such case the payment will be returned, however, 10% of the sum will be deducted as the costs for the return payment.

  • The buyer confirms that the given information is accurate and up-to-date.

Terms of delivery

  • An agreement comes into effect when the order has been confirmed by an order confirmation or by a confirmation of payment.

  • Seller is entitled to use the name and sign of the Buyer as its reference as soon as the agreement has come into effect.

  • The payments are irrevocable, because the purchased object is a service.

Special terms for categories

Licenses for commercial use of the pattern designs

  • Buyer defines in written the pattern designs, product groups and territories there the pattern design will be used. Seller accepts or rejects them without any delays. Buyer may not change, re-sell or license these rights without a new agreement.

  • Limited Exclusive -price covers one product group for one market territory. Semi Exclusive -price covers either one product group globally or all product groups in one market territory. Global exclusive -price covers all product groups globally.

  • The given price for the license is valid for one year. The first period of agreement is made for two years (please choose 2 pieces when placing the order). If the Buyer wants to extend the period of the agreement, (s)he is committed into paying for the extention according the valid pricing.

Terms of payment

  • Seller provides only reliable and safe payment methods for its services.

  • Seller does not record the payment details.

  • Buyer is committed to the terms that the payment method and its service provider requires.

  • If the payment is not finalized successfully at the time of the purchase, the Seller does not process the order.
